Rates & Setup Fees
Setup Fee: $60.00 per hour
Two-hour minimum required without a contract
Setup applies if you do not currently have accounting software in place.
Service Terms:
Monthly Rate $1000.00 with a 12- month contract ~The agreement includes up to 10 hours per week. Unused hours may not be carried over (no banked hours). Any time exceeding 10 hours in a given week will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
Cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice. Any remaining balance under the contract must be paid in full upon termination.
Hourly Rate – $35.00 per hour
12-Month Contract
Requires a 12-month service agreement
30-day written notice required for cancellation
Settlement of all outstanding balances required upon cancellation
Hourly Rate – $45.00 per hour
No Contract Option
No long-term commitment
Two-hour minimum per service engagement
Payment of open balances due within 48 hours
