We will guarantee only those results that are within our power to deliver.
We will maintain sufficient records of work performed.
We will continue to advance our professional knowledge through ongoing education and will not misrepresent our abilities, experience, certifications, or qualifications.
3. Client Relationships and Best Interests
Our primary obligation is to act in the best interests of our clients.
Before entering into any client relationship, we will ensure we possess the necessary competencies and resources to provide appropriate support and will have suitable referral resources available if needed.
At the outset of each client relationship, we will clearly communicate the terms of the working agreement and ensure mutual understanding and consent to all expectations.
We will inform clients of any conditions that may limit effectiveness.
We will serve as effective representatives of our clients when called upon and protect their best interests at all times.
4. Confidentiality and Conflict of Interest
We will not use confidential information entrusted to us for personal gain.
We will not share client information without written consent
We will not take advantage of the lack of knowledge or inexperience of others.
We will not misuse the authority entrusted to us or to our subcontractors.
All subcontractors will be held to the same Pledge of Ethics and Standards of Excellence as CKS.

CKS’ Pledge of Ethics applies equally to all clients, associates, subcontractors, and to ourselves.
We accept full accountability for the work performed under the name of CKS.
